RETURN POLICY

Below is a description of what to do when returning an order.

Incorrectly delivered orders:
In case of incorrectly delivered orders, it is advisable to first contact us at 0850-477706.

Not satisfied = money back:
Are you not satisfied with the item or do you want to cancel the order?
At Marbertshop.nl you can return an item within 30 days.
1) The item must be unused and unopened.
2) The invoice must be included.
3) The costs for returning your order are the responsibility of the customer, unless the order was sent incorrectly from our side.

Return procedure
After receiving the returned items/order, we will instruct Mollie within 3 days to refund the payment to the bank account number or send a new item (in case of breakage or incorrectly processed orders).
