Delivery via DHL / PostNL
Because we have all items in stock ourselves, we can ensure fast delivery. We strive to ship items ordered before 23:00 the same day, so that the package can be delivered the next day. If an item is not sufficiently in stock, we will notify you by email.
Delivery times
For direct payment via iDeal/credit card:
If the item is in stock and you have ordered before 11 p.m. on working days and paid immediately (i.e. not by bank transfer) , you will receive your order the next day*.

*Delivery depends on the workload of the delivery services and weather conditions. For this reason, always keep an eye on the track & trace data. You will receive this after the first processing of the package by the delivery service.
By bank transfer:
Did you pay by bank transfer? Please allow one to three business days for the transfer. As soon as we have received your payment, you will receive a confirmation email and we will send your order.

Free shipping on orders of €45.00 or more within the Netherlands.
For orders up to €45.00, shipping costs are €3.99.
BE:
For all orders with a shipping address in Belgium, shipping costs are €6.99 regardless of the order size.
Rest of EU:
For orders outside the Netherlands and Belgium, shipping costs are €14.50 regardless of the order size.
We strive for the fastest possible delivery. However, due to circumstances (weather or extreme crowds around the holidays) deliveries may be delayed.
