Delivery and Shipping Times
Delivery via PostNL or DHL (Bpost Belgium) – your choice!
We strive to ship items ordered before 11:00 PM on the same day, so the package can be delivered the next day. If an item is not sufficiently in stock, we will notify you by email.
Delivery to pickup point (Only in NL and BE)
If you want to receive the package at a pickup point, that is also possible. After entering your home address, the system automatically shows the nearest pickup point nearby from various delivery services.
Tracking information
As soon as the package is handed over to the delivery service, you will receive an email containing the tracking details of the package. This email will also include the day and time the package will be delivered. If you are not home, the package will be delivered to your neighbors or a pickup point. Please keep an eye on the tracking information in the email.
Delivery times
For immediate payment via iDeal/credit card:
If the item is in stock and you have ordered on weekdays before 11:00 PM, then you will receive your order the next day*.

*Delivery depends on the workload of the delivery services, holidays, and weather conditions. For this reason, always keep an eye on the track & trace information. You will receive this after the package is first processed by the delivery service.
For bank transfer:
If you paid via bank transfer, please allow one to three business days for the transfer to complete. Once we have received your payment, you will receive a confirmation email and we will send your order.
Shipping costs:
NL:
Free delivery for orders of €45.00 or more within the Netherlands.
For orders under €45.00, shipping costs are €3.99.
For evening delivery, an additional €2.00 is charged for orders under €60.
BE:
Free delivery for orders of €60.00 or more within Belgium via Bpost or PostNL.
For orders under €60.00, shipping costs are €4.99.
Evening delivery is unfortunately not (yet) available for Belgian customers.
DE:
For customers from Germany, we use DHL delivery service and charge €6.99 per package for orders under €70. Above that, shipping is FREE.
FR:
For customers from France, we use Cirro - Colissimo delivery service and charge €6.99 per package for orders under €70. Above that, shipping is FREE.
We strive for the fastest possible delivery. However, due to circumstances (weather or extreme busy periods around holidays), deliveries may be delayed.
Package not delivered. What now?
Always first check the information in the delivery service’s email. If it states that the package has been delivered and you have not received it, first check with your neighbors or look around your house to see if the package was left in a dry place in the garden or under a shelter. Of course, this is not intended, but it sometimes happens. If the package is not found, please contact us. We will then start an investigation with the delivery service. It may be necessary to fill out a "Not Received Declaration." We will resolve this for you.
Package contents damaged
Despite careful packaging, it may happen that a bottle leaks or is damaged during transport. In that case, you can contact us. Please send photos of the shipment by email to info@marbertshop.nl. We will of course resolve this as well.
