Order
You can place an order by adding items to your shopping cart. Once you have added all the desired items to your cart, you can proceed to checkout. At checkout, you can choose "New customer" or "Returning customer." For New customers, you have the option to Register or Checkout directly. By registering, you can quickly log in next time as a "returning customer" using your email address and a password you choose. If you prefer not to register, the "Checkout directly" option is a better choice.


Delivery via DHL

All our packages are shipped via DHL. Generally, this means that items shipped today will be delivered tomorrow. If you are not home, the package will be offered again the next day. If you are still not home, you will find a note in your mailbox, and you can pick up the package at the nearest DHL service point.

If you are never home during the day due to work, you can also provide a different address with your order, for example, your workplace.

Free delivery for orders over €39.00*.
For orders below this amount, we charge a €3.99 contribution for postage costs. The actual postage cost with DHL is €6.75.
*only for shipments within the Netherlands

International shipments:
For shipments outside the Netherlands, we apply a fixed rate of €12.50. For orders of €150.00 or more, no charges apply.
